COACHING

Professional Coaching: Individuals, Groups, Workshops & Tele-coaching

I am deeply passionate about supporting you in creating work that lights you from the inside out. What I offer is both my personal experience of living abundantly, and very straight-forward business skills that, both combined, afford you more clarity, motivation and tangible steps to create work you will be in love with. It is my greatest desire to actively assist professionals in creating purposeful, extraordinary lives.

Is Professional Coaching for you?

Begin by asking yourself, are you loving what you are doing? Are you emotionally, monetarily and spiritually nourished by your work? Are you fearful of marketing your skills? Do you have a clear business plan? What’s a business plan? Do you need professional accountability? Can you say right now, that you are living from complete abundance? If any of these questions resonate with you, professional coaching could be right for you. As your coach, my focus is to support you in manifesting professional abundance.

How the coaching process works

Before the first session, you will email me your stated goals along with a completed questionnaire that I will email to you. During the initial meeting, we will decide upon an appropriate appointment schedule that supports achieving your coaching goals. Each session will last a minimum of 1 hour and there will be homework that you will need to complete before each session. Email support is offered in between sessions.

Coaching versus Psychotherapy

Through my experience and training as a psychotherapist, I have gained the understanding of how to flush out a person’s limiting beliefs, help clarify their visions of how he/she truly desires to live and how to harness his/her own inspiration to then manifest their dreams. These skills easily translate into coaching. While coaching and psychotherapy informs the other, it is ethically inappropriate for me to act as your therapist, hence, I am happy to recommend a psychotherapist when it deems appropriate. Ultimately, the goals of coaching are focused upon your professional life.

Confidentiality

The information provided by the client during coaching sessions is legally confidential and will not be released without the client’s signed consent. Exceptions to the rule of confidentiality apply in the following cases: If I feel there is a threat of you harming yourself and/or other(s); If I suspect child abuse/neglect or dependent adult abuse/neglect; If legal matters are involved; If there are collection proceedings; If there is a court order; If you become unable to take care of yourself and additional help is required. These situations rarely occur in coaching practices, but if such a situation does occur, I will make every effort to discuss it with you before taking any action.
